Local residents are reporting severe flooding in their yards, and one resident mentioned that this is not the first time this has occurred in the neighborhood. There have been recent reports of multiple water main breaks in the county, which has caused schools to close and flooding on roads. Henrico resident Elias Venable expressed satisfaction with the city’s response to the recent water main break but mentioned that he would like to see improvements in the infrastructure. Crews are currently working on repairs and are expected to complete them by Sunday morning. As a result, a section of Parham Road and Eastridge access road are closed, and drivers are advised to avoid the area.
